WORKING TOGETHER
1. Discovery Call
To kick off your design project, let's get on the phone and allow me listen to what your design needs are.
For new builds and full home renovations, we will talk about combining blueprints and furnishing plans for your build.
For transforming your current home and reimagining your furnishings, we will talk about what you currently have and what you desire to have in your home.
2. In-Person Consultation
During this meeting we will gain an overview of your project, priorities, investment, and desired timeline.
Discover and develop your style and goal for each space.
We will review current blueprints, inventory existing furnishings, photograph, and measure as needed.
Creating transparency and a plan of action for your personalized design. Then, we will sign a letter of agreement for our design services to encompass the scope of your project.
3. Design Plan
We will put together an all encompassing design plan that flows with your blueprints, electrical plans, and plumbing. Here you will see your vision come to life through digital renderings, CAD drawings, finishing materials and selections.
We will invite you into our newly expanded and beautiful design studio for a private unveiling to see your design plan come to life. You will be immersed into the beginning stages of what your home will be transformed into through a room by room presentation where you can see, touch, and feel the finishing selections and really envision the big picture of your new space.
4. Project Management
Sit back and relax! Stephanie and her team through their proven organized processes will be your liaison for all aspects of your project.
With your approval, documents signed, and payment, our team will execute on the plan.
We will coordinate with our vendors, artists, craftsman and contractors to fully implement our vision for your project.
5. Furnishing Installation
Delivery and Installation…Now the fun begins as we get closer to the best day…The Reveal!
All of your furnishings and materials have been ordered and are starting to arrive. We will set a date(s) where our team will bring in all your items, unpack them, complete any setup, and place them according to our furnishing plan.
From stuffing your custom designed pillows to making the bed to hanging the window coverings and placing your beautifully selected décor, we take care of everything. Once installation is complete and every detail is perfect, your home is ready for the final stage - The BIG Reveal.
6. The BIG Reveal
Time for the Big Reveal! The day you have been dreaming of! Construction is complete, updates have been made, and all the furnishings are in place, the window treatments hung, art accentuating the walls, beds fluffed, and all the finishing touches placed just so.
Your home is looking even better than imagined. … And Reveal! Our design concept comes to life!
